From the beginning, Isabeau created a space that felt supportive and appropriately challenging, and I appreciated how flexible and responsive she was to what I needed in each session. We could move between coaching practice, real client challenges, tools I was considering using, and deeper conversations about the ICF competencies without the work feeling rigid or formulaic.
Isabeau’s feedback was thoughtful, specific, and useful, and her written observations gave me something I could continue reflecting on after our sessions ended.
